Fruitolus’ Basket was made by Carlos Talegón, for his friend Charlie Plumley, who is passionate about creating things, data, renewable energy and wind.
How this game was developed...
🌬️ The challenge. Charlie had an idea: a video game powered by real data from a real wind turbine. He pitched it very well. I’ll admit I wondered whether he was cleverly getting me to work for him for free...
🌬️ Challenge accepted. I love video games, and Charlie knew it, so the odds of me saying yes were high.
🌬️ A little help. I’m not an engineer or a programmer, so I turned to Claude AI, as I often do when preparing my interactive Spanish lessons.
🌬️ Carried away. I got swept up, learned loads along the way and ended up with one of my best games so far. Judge for yourself.
